In his profile from VMAN 19, Enter the Void star Nathaniel Brown told us of his dreams to be a director. It seems that Brown has been busy since we profiled the newcomer, and his latest piece is a video for Brooklyn rapper Theophilus London, directed with filmmaking partner Harrison Boyce (together the duo form Boyce & Brown), in collaboration with Industrial Color.
“This video is so important because a lot of people can now pronouce my name properly,” London says of his new clip “Last Name London,” premiering on Monday June 20th on MTV. “This represents New York’s current progressive moving culture. It’s exciting to showcase skill in this video, whether its b-ball, music, or dancing. Also, [I was] very happy we shot it in my hometown Brooklyn.” Check out an exclusive sneak peek of the video below, followed by a series of stills and behind-the-scenes photos shot on set by Boyce.
